SENI-SKWELA is heading to Tawi-Tawi! MSU-TCTO, in collaboration with the Malaysia Embassy and Artdialogo, is thrilled to host "Seni-Skwela" on November 17-18, 2024. This creative Philippine-Malaysian cross-cultural empowerment program is designed for the youth and art educators, fostering artistic collaboration and cultural exchange. The event is made possible through partnerships with various offices, including the Office of Cultural Affairs and Development (OCAD), Institute of Continuing Education and Extension Services (ICEES), Office of Information Press Publication (OIPP), Sentro ng Wika at Kultura (SWAK), Sama Studies Center (SSC), and Office of International Linkages (OIL). ₱85-M Halal Research Center to Rise at MSU TCTO, Advancing Halal Innovation in the Bangsamoro

Strengthening its commitment to research, innovation, and community-responsive development, the Mindanao State University Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU TCTO) is set to establish a four-storey Halal Research Center with a total project investment of ₱85 million. The facility, which will have a 3,200-square-meter floor area, aims to serve as a hub for halal research, training, product development, and industry collaboration in the Bangsamoro region. Once completed, the Center is expected to support the growing demand for halal-certified products and services while advancing scientific research, professional training, and economic opportunities in the halal industry.
