The Mindanao State University - Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU-TCTO) has reached a noteworthy achievement in the realm of scientific research. According to the AD Scientific Index 2024, MSU-TCTO is positioned as the 46th highest-ranked university in the Philippines.

This remarkable accomplishment is a testament to the highly productive 103 research experts from MSU-TCTO. Their substantial scientific achievements have been instrumental in enhancing the University's reputation amongst the national scientific community.

The AD Scientific Index is used to measure the "productivity of scientists in their academic publications based on country, university, and field in over 256 disciplines, 19,300 employment institutions, 216 countries, and 10 regions. Over 15,930 universities in 12 fields, including Agriculture and Forestry, Art, Design and Architecture, Business and Management, Economics and Econometrics, Education, Engineering and Technology, History, Philosophy, Theology, Law, and Medicine, according to their achievements are included in the research scope."

MSU-TCTO's dedication to cultivating a strong research atmosphere and contributing to the progress of science and technology is highlighted by feat.
