Kong Gymnasium during the Opening Parade. In her message, Chancellor Mary Joyce Z. Guinto-Sali thanked the significant individuals who have contributed to the growth and success of the University through the years. She also emphasized that as the University enters a new phase, support from stakeholders is very much needed to boost the University's expansion and development plans. One of the celebration's highlights was the vibrant parade of flaglets where each cluster competed. After the short celebration at the HVK Gym, the constituents proceeded to the Campus Field for the parlor games and Salu-salong Pinoy, creating a strong sense of community and joy. The celebration also highlighted the formal launching of the song, "One MSU, ONE PEACE U" written and composed by Altan Ishmael, Mohammadsharif Abdulhamid, and Nelson Dino in June 2023. The song embodies the unity and peace of the Mindanao State University (MSU) system.
